List of Various Albany GA Events

Outdoor movies in the park have become today’s version of the drive-in movie experience of the past – only better. Enjoy Movies on most Saturday evenings July 22nd at RiverfrontPark in Downtown Albany.

Movie Lineup for 2017:

July 17th: “The Lego Batman”, is a 2017 3D computer-animated comic drama film, coordinated by Chris McKay, composed by Seth Grahame-Smith, Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, Jared Stern & John Whittington, with Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the writers and executives of The Lego Movie, filling in as its producers. The film, a global co-creation of the United States, Australia, and Denmark, is a turn-off portion of The Lego Movie, with its story concentrating on the DC Comics character Batman. The run time 1 hr. 45 minutes. Approx. begin time 8:30 pm.
 
Albany GA Events

July 22nd: “The Secret life of pets” is an American animated parody film created by Illumination Entertainment. The film stars Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Steve Coogan in a double part, Ellie Kemper, Bobby Moynihan, Lake Bell, Dana Carvey, Hannibal Buress, Jenny Slate, and Albert Brooks. It is coordinated by Chris Renaud and co-coordinated by Yarrow Cheney and composed by Brian Lynch, Cinco Paul, and Ken Daurio. The run time 1 hr. 30 minutes. Approx. start time 8:30 pm.

A few rules to remember for these Albany Ga Events so everyone can enjoy the movies:

1. The blanket area opens at 5:45 pm. Please do not put your blankets down earlier, we need the space to put up our giant movie screen!

2. Smoking is allowed only in the marked smoking section, this also includes vapor devices.

3. Marijuana is NOT ALLOWED in the park for any reason, you will be escorted out of the park if you bring it in.

4.
Service Dogs are the only dogs allowed in the park. Companion dogs and family pets must stay at home.

5. Beer and Wine are the only alcoholic beverages allowed in the park. You will be asked to take stronger alcohol out of the park.
